Xiaomi Mi A2 Price In Nepal

Gamers Dignity Mi A2

Xiaomi’s A series contain mid-tier phones. The A series phones are famous for giving real value without significant compromise for the marked price tag. Xiaomi A2 is the new addition to the list. It was announced back in July 2018 with android one. With the launch of A2, Xiaomi has set new standards for the mid-tier budget phones. The Xiaomi Mi A2’s price in Nepal is about 31,000 depending on the storage of your choice.

Design

Mi A2 being a mid-range phone misses out the glass back finish. A2 comes with a smooth metal finish which doesn’t catch as many fingerprints. As many modern phones, the phone is, curvy and is very satisfying to hold in the hand. The rear-mounted fingerprint scanner is correctly placed, exactly where your index finger naturally lands. The top left corner at the back is occupied by the vertical dual camera setup with the led flash between the camera sensors. The camera unit is slightly raised from the body which causes the device to wobble when placed on a hard flat surface. While you do miss out on a headphone jack, the phone comes with a USB C to Aux cord dongle in the box itself. Talking about the display, it has an LCD panel with rounded corners to match with the overall design of the phone. The display is completely rectangular. That is to say, it doesn’t have a notch. Overall the phone looks great, comparable to one plus 5T but slightly heavy.

Features

There are many fascinating features in this phone. While the older mid-tier phones from Xiaomi incorporated snapdragon 625, A2 is powered by the new Snapdragon 660. In addition to that, It runs Android one, stock android and gets frequent updates. It is integrated with a, not too big, 3000 mAh battery, however, the power-efficient chip will get you above 5 hours of heavy usage. Some of the sensors include fingerprint, magnetometer, ambient light sensor, accelerometer, and gyroscope.

Camera

Tha camera of Mi A2 is the real highlight here. The 20-megapixel sensor on the front captures very detailed selfies. The front facing camera uses Xiaomi’s beauty engine 4. You can tamper with the features like face slender, enlarge eyes, smoothen skin and brighten the tone to be more beautiful than ever before. Although the phone has appreciable low light performance, either camera is facilitated with flash. The rear camera unit is a combination of 12 and 20 MP both f/1.75 aperture. The portrait photos from both rear and front are very convincing. The Photo quality comes dangerously close to the One Plus 6 with auto HDR mode.

The most amazing feature of the camera is the pixel binning. It fuses four small pixels to form one large noise free pixel. This drastically improves the low light performance of the camera.
